Product Introduction

The MED-02 Medical Packaging Tester, also commonly known as a Medical Packaging Tensile Strength Tester, is primarily used to test the heat seal strength, tensile strength, peel strength, and elongation at break of pharmaceutical packaging materials, aluminum foil, rigid PVC sheets, composite films, syringes, cartridge vials, and other products. It also performs tests such as ampoule breaking force; opening force, puncture force, and aluminum foil tear force for aluminum-plastic combination caps; as well as syringe leak testing, sliding performance testing, and needle-to-hub connection force testing. This instrument is a multifunctional testing device capable of performing various tests using different fixtures.

Syringes and Needles	Syringes and Needles Used for testing disposable syringes, needles, pre-filled syringes, pen injectors, and similar products for puncture force, gliding performance, barrel integrity, the secure connection between the needle hub and the syringe barrel, and the fit between the needle hub and the protective cap.
