The MK-2000H Non-destructive Micro Leak Tester, also known as the Container Closure Integrity Tester (CCIT), employs non-destructive testing technology to meet the requirements of both vacuum decay and pressure decay testing methods. It is a highly versatile instrument, used for the professional testing of micro-leakage in a wide range of containers, including ampoules, vials, pre-filled syringes, bottles, non-porous pouches, blow fill seal strips medical devices.

• Adopting non-destructive testing methods for micro-leakage detection in finished packaging allows samples to be tested without compromising their integrity, reducing the overall cost of testing.
• The system can detect small leakage holes (less than 5 microns) and identify larger leakage holes. Based on the detected leakage, the system automatically determines whether the sample meets quality standards.
• This instrument employs two core technologies: vacuum decay and pressure decay.

Test Princple

The non-destructive micro-leak tester uses pressure decay, vacuum, or gas detection methods to identify leaks in sealed packaging. By measuring pressure variation or gas flow, it can locate even the minutest leaks without damaging the package.
