SCK-VP Glass Bottle Vertical / Top Load Tester is suitable for testing the vertical load strength of glass containers, which helps to reduce broken containers during capping and stacking. As one of the standard testing instruments for glass container manufacturing, it provides important technical support and basis for glass container manufacturers to maintain and improve product quality and performance.

- Customer-defined test mode, up to 16 test modes can be set. Each test can be set up to 4 pressure stages from low to high. The holding pressure and holding time of each stage can be set
- Integrated PLC and touch screen control make the operation more convenient and intuitive
- The operation is simple, the operator only needs to select the preset test mode and press the test button to start the test. No need to set parameters before each test
- Can record 10 operators and 30 products
- Edit product batch number and sample serial number
- Can view real-time test curve
- Special pads can be customized according to different sample shapes, making it more convenient to fix samples and more accurate pressure points
- Compatible with samples up to 600mm
- The lifting speed of the lifting platform can be adjusted
- The design of the debris recovery bucket better guarantees the safety of the operator and facilitates the collection and cleaning of sample debris
- Maximum vertical pressure can reach 2000 Kgf / 20000 N
- Stainless steel body and aluminium parts are stronger, safer and more durable
- Overload protection
- Safety door lock design, the instrument cannot perform any test when the safety door is not locked, effectively guaranteeing the safety of the operator
