Saicheng Laboratory heat sealer can be used to determine the optimal heat sealing parameters including dwell time, sealing pressure and sealing temperature for plastic films, flexible composite films, plastic coated paper and other heat-sealable films. Produces seals up to 330mm long and 10mm wide. Independent temperature control of the upper and lower jaws gives multiple combinations of test conditions.

According to the heat sealing conditions specified under the product item, the samples are heat-sealed on the heat seal tester, then peeling the seal apart with a seal strength tester to measure either ultimate seal strength (after cooling, method ASTM F88).
