With a 2000 m² factory and multiple production lines, we deliver precision-engineered testing instruments at scale.
We measure the heat sealing parameters(temperature, dwell time and pressure) using a laboratory heat sealer (ASTM F2029). The seals are then peeled apart using a tensile strength tester to measure either ultimate seal strength (ASTM F88) or hot tack strength (ASTM F1921). Adjusting the sealing temperature and dwell time helps to determine the optimal sealing conditions.

Laboratory heat sealers are used to prepare samples for seal strength testing in accordance with ASTM F88.
